Refund policy

If the book is not right for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of buying. No questions asked, no forms. Write to the contact address (to be added) from the address you paid with, and say that you want a refund.

How it works

• I refund the full price through Lemon Squeezy to the card or method you paid with. It usually shows up within a few days, depending on your bank.
• After a refund you can no longer get new sign-in links. Your current browser stays signed in until its 30-day sign-in expires.
• Chapter 1 and “Start here” are free, so you can judge the book before you pay.

After 14 days

Write to me anyway if something went wrong, such as a double payment or a book that did not open. I will do what is fair.

Your legal rights

If you live in the EU or UK, you normally have a legal right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Lemon Squeezy’s checkout explains how that works when you buy. This policy is in addition to your rights by law and never reduces them.
